Quality Standards

Aim

  • SureCare aims to provide a high standard of care to all service users. We will seek information from you about your experiences. This will assist us in the further development of our services.

Review

  • Staff are encouraged to obtain your comments about their work. Questionnaires will be circulated to you at least once a year.A manager will make visit every six months to review your care needs.

Records

  • Quality assurance records are kept and available for inspection.

Periodicals

  • A newsletter will be sent to you periodically for your interest.

Risks

  • Risk assessments are undertaken for all new service users and for existing service users whose circumstances may change.
