Personnel Officer

Dominique (Dom) manages all of the company personnel functions. These include the recruitment process including responding to job applications, arranging interviews and communicating the results. Dom ensure that all new staff have had a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau check at the enhanced level, satisfactory references from previous employers and are committed to the training which is a condition of employment at Surecare.

Dom advises the general manager on all stages of any staff disciplinary processes after taking advice from our retained HR consultants Peninsula Ltd.

Dom maintains comprehensive personnel files in accordance with the requirements of government and local authority auditors of our quality and together with the Staff Development Manager ensures that we continue to meet the requirements of our Investor in People status.
