Malcolm joined in January 2002 to support Chris in the development of the business. He has over 30 years experience as a research scientist and then in various technical and general management posts in the UK polymer industry, travelling worldwide. His last post was as chief executive of the national training organisation for that industry. Malcolm manages the financial and business development functions of  the company
