Staff Development Manager

Gary is the line manager for all of the care staff and also the support manager, personnel officer, care coordinator, receptionist and staff supervisor.

In addition to his responsibility for staff development and training he chairs internal management meetings and contributes to strategy discussions with the directors and office manager.
