Care Coordinator

Tammy  leads the team which prepares the work schedules which tell individual care staff the time and dates they will be visiting their service users for some weeks ahead. 

Tammy also manages the day to day changes which are required when staff become unavailable, for example due to sickness, or service users seek different times. 

Tammy started with SureCare as a care worker and therefore has direct knowledge of the challenges of that work. Sometimes Tammy will herself cover for staff who have gone sick at short notice.
