Employee of the Month

We reinstated the employee of the month award in February 2009. The decision each month is made by a management committee based upon recommendations and justifications from any member of staff. The chosen employee receives a certificate and store voucher.

Management may make more than one award or no award in any one month if considered appropriate.

Congratulations to Rachael Powell who received the Award for February. Rachael supported a palliative care client with dignity, respect and compassion. She also demonstrated a professional attitude and dedication to this organisation during a time of great personal stress.

Congratulations to Dominque Leese who received the Award for March. Dom is our personnel officer and worked long hours during the month with exemplary attention to detail preparing for the Council for Social Care Inspection we had at the end of March. (The outcome of that inspection will be reported later.)
